Ive been having brown discharge for over a week now that sometimes is mixed with red like I'm on my period but there's always brown stuff whenever I wipe. I had intercourse a week prior. Before the brown discharge I had a violent cough and felt like I snapped something in my lower right abdomen and cramping for a couple of days after... is it possible I had a miscarriage?

It wouldn't be a week old miscarriage if you've been having discharge for over a week; do you mean from a time prior? It's brown because it's old (oxygen got to it) but that is nothing to worry about. I'm not sure about a cough 'causing' anything to start all this. Our lower abdomen is loosely arranged, with the uterus floppable under the intestines and above the bladder and a muscle strain could possible have started a period waiting to start, or you may be getting fibroids, or it may be nothing, or something else entirely. Even your thyroid affects your menstruation. If it persists, see a doctor.
