About 2 this afternoon she started with diarrea, so I gave her a little more food thinking she was getn more water then food. As the hours went by the diarrea got really bad, then she started throwing up.. I've tried giving her water, pumpkin, and finly cut up turkey and she will not eat it.. she is 7 weeks old I've had her for a week and a half and the day I brought her home I gave her the 7 in one puppie shot.. what can I do to help her?

Yup this sound slike Parvo which is deadly if left un-treated. Get her to the vet asap.

Yes please get her to the vet immediately. You have done the right thing by trying things like pumpkin, but if it is getting worse and is accompanied by vomiting there is nothing else you can do from home and Parvo is a big possibility.

First vaccination should happen at 8 weeks, 6 at the EARLIEST just for future reference.
