My brother child is not in college or on a course but kept on the books at college we still pay we have been every where for help all we keep being told while his mother is still claiming child benefit he still pays there is no help the collehe have told him he has left the course but they are working with him and his mother to get him on any course that is just too benefit her self but I have ask the college and he is not on any course he just dossing all day while my brother pays 300 a month could any one give him any advice please

What does his support order say about when support ends? If he believes that support should have ended, he needs to assemble his proof and petition the court to end the support order.
