My fiancée is on probation in Missouri and hoping to transfer his probation to the state of South Carolina... he is currently in school for law enforcement and 2 years into his probation sentence with 2 years left... what are the South Carolina requirements to process such a request?

And if he is on "Federal Probation" or is it probation for a felony, ( they are two different things if the felony was a state charge)

He may as well quit school for law enforcement, and find a new career, There will be no jobs that I can even think of, short of perhaps a security guard, he could get with a felony on his record.

Law enforcement will see even sealed convictions.
