I remember the movie had to do with a young boy who was the main character. The father either owed some money or had some type of information that he sent the boy away with to the neighbor. When the boy left some type of mob came killed the family . I know the setting is ny.ny but I'm pretty sure its brooklyn. I really want to watch it again but can't remember the title. The setting is 80's I think.
