Social services are threatening 2 take legal action against me if I have my partner back.an iccident happened at home when 2 of my children where hurt in an argument.he as a previous history of domestic violence and they want 2 use it against him.we have been asked 2 do programmes and go 2 courses which we are both doing yet they still won't allow him 2 live in the family home.will they have a good court case if it goes 2 court.I don't know what my rights are we were told if we do everything he could come back home now we are being told different again.

You are dating an abusive man. He hurt your children. You need to seek help and get away from him immediately.

If you allow him back into your home, you're going to lose your children - it's that simple.

You need to make the decision. Who means more to you: this deadbeat or your kids?

Seriously. What's more important? Your children or the abuser?

I think you need some counseling to set your priorities straight.

If you move him back in without their permission, they will most likely take the children away from you and place them in foster care.

You need to choose your children or this man.

How any mother can want a man who
1. harmed her children
2. harms her

Really may need her children taken away, since what other poor and wrong choices is she making
