I was asked by some-one to sign documents to become a director in a fishing company.I am a coloured person and she said it would help them get fishing kwotas and it was for BEE status.I asked to read the documents and she said there wasn't time.So I signed the papers.I have a witness also.I know this person and wanted to help.She promised that she would pay me something monthly which she didn't do.. She didn't.When I started asking questions she was very cagey.She also made me sign documents for meetings I didn't attend.I just want justice done.

Don't sign anything else.
If it was me, I'd skip the legal system and go straight for excise.
Contact the tax man, this looks a lot like tax fraud on her part.
