I have an above ground well it loses pressure and makes pump turn on and off in 30 second intervials I have checked all my pipes for leaks none and the way it is running on and off I would expect to see a river under my house please help

If you had a faulty check/foot valve that would give you the symptoms you have. The pump would pump up to cut-off pressure and shut off. Then the pressure would bleed back down into the well and it would start all over again.
