If I violate the conditions of my probation will I just have to serve out the remainder of the max sentence (93 days) or can the judge sentence me to more plus continue the probation?

It is not the remainder of your probation, if on probation, they can make you serve the entire sentence.

If you had 2 years on probation and only 90 days left, you can be sentensed to prison for the entire 2 years, not just the 90 days.

But it will just depend, on the judge, what the violation was and other issues.
