My kids mother placed an abandoment warrant on me although I see my kids reguraly and give her money weekly, what's my next step?

Get yourself an attorney.

SHow up for the warrant with the reciepts you have and then file in court for visitation and support.

Your "kids' mother" doesn't place warrants - judges do.

Where are you located? What are they claiming as grounds for abandonment?
