Pros and Cons of a dual MBA

I would like to know which of these is a better option for higher studies:
1) 2 years full time MBA from a reputed B school.
2) 2 years full time MBA from a new school offering:
*Dual specialization- One International MBA Degree and one UGC/ Govt of India Recognised Indian MBA degree;
*2 years work experience as classes are held only on weekends.
