Hi! I had this ammonia smelling urine the day after I had sex. It is protected sex though but I didn't pee after sex. I know it is bad. And I only found out that I bleed a little also the following day. I've never had sex for a long time and I think I wasn't that lubricated. So the tissues might ripped or something. I had urinalysis two weeks ago and it says my urine is yellow and cloudy. The pus cells are 5-7. my physician gave me macrodantin three times a day for one week. At first it turned okay but after a few days, my urine starts to smell like an ammonia again specially in the morning... not that too strong like before I took the antibiotics. What could this possibly be and what should I do? Thank you!
