Possible, but it is more likely due to recently having baby and breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding, especially if exclusive, is designed to prevent you from becoming pregnant too soon after having a baby. Many women won't restart periods until the baby is either starting to space out feeds more or sometimes until they are pretty much weaned altogether.

While it is a good form of birth control, again if exclusive, pregnancy may occur, so if you are not wanting to become pregnant soon, consider using another form of birth control to lessen the odds even more.
