Hi< I am 6weeks pregnant, I has an u/s last week and the dr said my egg was definitely in my uterus. Today I notice a little light pink spotting when I went to the bathroom and when I wipped. Is it possible that I having a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy? Please help I am so concerned and worried

If the "egg" is in your uterus it is impossible that you are having an ectopic pregnancy as ectopic pregnancies occur outside of the uterus.
