    110v vs 220v
Hi. I have a cell phone that requires for 220v that I bought from the philippines. Is it okay if I plug the charger to a 110v here in the u.s? Would it damage the cell if charger is plug to110v? Thanks for your help.

Most of the electronic today takes both 110 and 220 v. To verify yours, take a look at the phone charger, there should be a line say input requirement, if it says "input 100-240v~", meaning that it can take both 110 and 220.

If it is just for 220v, you need to get a 110 to 220 V transformer.

Depending on what the phone needs, it might be easier to find a 120 volt power supply that matches it. Check places that sell cell accessories.
