Can 3/4 pvc be used for 110v power above ground in queens feeding a garage for a 2 family home it would be surface mounted on a cocrete wall 3feet or more above ground level
NYC codes are very particular, best to check with the local inspector.
Keep in mind, if PVC is installed horizontally, it needs more straps than code requires, as it will sag. And if it runs any distance, it will need an expansion coupling.
I never recommend running PVC conduit exposed horizontally, especially outdoors.
