This is pretty common. It's basically your body growing and preparing for labor.
Try taking a warm bath and Tylenol every 4 hours. Drink plenty of fluids, especially water. That should help ease it up some.
Its probably all your muscles stretching and your body changing for the growing baby
I had cramps throughout my pregnancy that felt like minor period cramps. I used to get them at around the time my period would have been due had I not been pregnant. Pregnant women get a few minor aches and pains... I am afraid its part and parcel but if you do get too worried I would visit your doctor to put your mind at rest
