I have a 16 year old girl who is prenant by a 14 year old boy.
Can she or he get introuble in the state of MO by law. I'am I doing right by
Not letting she see him or talk to him... What should I do... They

Well if you are u are not doing a good thing by not letting them talk because the girl has emotions in side and she might only feel that she can only talk to him because he was there for her at different times how far along is she? As you can see from the law cites above, since they were both 14 or over, there is no law broken (assuming it was consensual sex).
In my opinion you are doing right by keeping them apart. They are clearly too young to deal with the responsibility of a child. When he turns 18, if they are still in love, then its up to them.

There are 2 types of statutory rape charges.
1) “Cynthia”, who is 21 years old or older has sex with “John” who is 16 years old or younger
2) Anyone who has sex with someone who is 13 years old or younger.
Therefore, your daughter has not committed any crime.

I think your wrong by keeping them apart... she's going to have a baby to him and if you arnt letting them talk their relationship may go downhill... think of how that unborn baby will feel growing up with parents who arnt allowed to talk... your daughter will def resent you in future... I agree with ^^^ xOx
