I checked the everything it runs fine until it gets warm then it wount go over 30 it looses power and makes a pop-ing sound when I try to give it gas

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM), if it has not been replaced in 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first. Common problem on vehicles of this generation. The ICM is likely breaking down under load (heat). Cheap and easy to fix.
