In reff to child abandonment, if a mother is forced to leave the home by her spouse and he will not let her leave with the child, when she does leave can he get her for abandonment? Is there a time frame?

If you are forced to leave your home without your child by your spouse, you have to report it to the police so it is a matter of record that it is not abandonment per se. Document everything.

How are you "forced" to leave the house ?

As soon as this happened, did you file for an emegency hearing for custody of the children ?
