hi, so I'm 18 and recently noticed that for about maybe a week now I have had brown blood/discharge in my knickers. There's not a lot and I was on my period not that long ago. (im not sexual active or anything like that). I have had breakthrough bleeding before, ( I'm on the pill) but can only remember it happening for a few days. Any ideas what it could be? Or what to do? I am going through a phase recently where I seem to be worrying that everything is wrong with me? Has anyone else gone through this? I constantly think that a certain symptom maybe cancer or something else and then get really worried and nearly have like panic attacks and feel sick =/
