Am I An Ace in the hole?
How about a mother who can't pay her bills, Lives in a 2 bedroom apt that is Trashed all the time with 2 sets of twins 5 and todlers. She clams she is exosted all the time and that is why the house never gets cleaned up . Dishes pile up garbage on the floor ,home packed wall to wall with junk, black mold in the walls and cabanets. I know cause I tried to help get rid of it . The todlers always have bumps and bruses from falling over stuff and who know what they pick up off the dirty floor. The older twins some how have enough time alone to clime up on boxes and dressers with penutbutter and jelly and smear it all over the walls. Not just one wall but 3 wals in a bedroom. Where is the supervision? The kids room have dirty clothes piled on the floor, with mashed in donuts cookies ,old sandwiches and ceareal strown about. Nats fly around and the place smells. 1 adult 2 sets of twins in a small 2 bedroom duplex apt. On top of all that the kids are always sick and don't get there meds like they should . She is also verbaly abusive to the older twins, her set , I haven't heard her yell or cuss and our set yet but they are still young and I'm not around All the time. I have a job keep a clean home 1100 sq ft I have a job she dose not and I raise my 15 year old son though he live with his mom, and I have a 5 year old daughter who is not mine biologicl but I rased her well sofar, but now she lives with her grandmother on her moms side. None of my children will say Im abusive verbaly or other wise. Would I be a better candidate for parental rights if what I said could be proven? And if so what can I do. I don't want my boys in that mess of a home. *** hel...

Document everything you have told us with pictures and video if possible and witnesses and see an attorney. Your wife may be severely depressed or have some other problem such as alcoholism, and she should be encouraged to seek help, after you have removed the children from this horrible situation. I do not know the laws of your state. You must see an attorney, before she has any idea what you are doing, and he/she will advise you what to do. Please do not threaten her or do anything to upset her until you have talked to someone. Be very careful. If you cannot afford an attorney, contact your county services and ask them how to obtain legal help.
