I just realized that I filed my 2009 taxes in the wrong state. I should have filed in NC and I filed in SC. I got a refund of 60.00.
What should I do now?

In some cases you need to file tax return for both the states. Depends upon where you worked and which is your resident state.
I lived and worked in NC. It was just a straight mistake, because the previous year I had filed in SC, and that's what I had on file with turbo tax. What do I do now?
You should file a 2009 tax return with NC, and also submit an amended return for SC. I am asumming that you got a $60 refund from SC because you incorrectly reported that you had SC income tax withheld during the year, whereas in reality you did not. On that amended SC return you will report $0 SC income, $0 taxes withheld, and the $60 refund already received, for a net tax due of $60.
Julie:
I recommend that you file the North Carolina return and call the SC Tax Department to let them know what you did. They may have already caught the mistake and sent a notice to yor old SC address. If so, they will ask that you pay the $60 back, plus probably some interest (maybe $5). An amended SC return may NOT be needed.
