I filed for child support through the court but my ex has not responded now he wants custody of our two girls... currently I have the two girls with me... I don't have a problem with him visiting our girls it's my sister I have a problem with she tends to smoke marijuna and drink from time to time what can I do or what will the court do in situations like this?

Wait... your sister smokes marijuana or his sister smokes marijuana? Is she doing this while the children are home and/or in her presence?

How old are the children? Has your ex been established as the biological father of both children, either through a court-ordered DNA test or by signing a paternity acknowledgment?

How long ago did you separate? How long have you been the children's primary caregiver?
