If the manufacturer requires a 30A service to its machine , u will have to upgrade breaker, wire and outlet.
Is your 20a circuit 110 or 220? If it is 110 it will have single lever switch in panel box. If 200 will have a double lever switch.
Is there anything else on existing circuit? If so and is 220 would definitely blow breaker or could cause fire.

What country are you in, please.
Three concerns, if you are European, then the general circuit is about 13 Amps. Unless your country is different.
12 AWG (American Wire Gauge) cables are listed for 20 amp circuits here in the U.S.A.
Is the wiring Aluminium or Copper?
If your circuit is only rated for 13 Amps, then you need to upgrade, the wiring and circuit breaker.
