Hello, I would like help trouble shooting my plumbing problem. I have a very very slow drain to no drainage at all in the house, when I plunge the toilet it backs up into the tub, when I plunge the tub nothing happens. Also when I plunge I don't feel any suction what so ever. Which is odd because normally I do. And all the sinks in the house drain very slow. And when they finally do drain they bubble, bubbling sounds. We just moved in a month ago, we didn't have any problems until last week. 3 days before the slow drainage started the sinks would bubble after using the tub or shower. And by sinks I mean the kitchen sinks and utility sink. I'm trying to narrow down what the issue is so I can try to fix it, or if it is to serious I can call someone, but trying to avoid that if I can since I'm a bit broke at the moment. Any advice as to what the problem could be would be wonderful. We have a septic tank and upuntil last month the house sat empty for about a year. We haven't put ridx in yet (shame on me I know and as soon as it drains again I will do that, I regret not doing so if that is the root of my problem) but we have done more dishes, showers, and laundry then toilet use. And since it was empty for a year I wonder if that could be one of the causes. If so how could I fix it? There are no trees or bushes near or around the septic tank. Thank you in advance. Also if you want to share your plumbling night mare and how you fixed it maybe it could help me. I just want to be able to flush the toilet and take a shower!! :)
