    Medical Insurance Coverage for Kids
My son is 21 and Twin Daughters are 19, My child support was recently terminated, My question is:
I still want to continue to provide insurance for them especially since the new law allows to add children up to the age of 26 starting in Jan 2011. My wife and I work for the same company and insurance is under my wife's name due to her birthday is first.

My concern is if we continue to provide insurance to my Kids, The balance of any medical bills not covered and if not paid by the kids (kid do not live with me) then I believe it will affect my wife's credit.

How can I make sure this does not happen?

    Thanks,

Are your children still in school? (continuing education) Also you can pay the deductables if there are any when it comes up. There is no law against it.

2 of them are still in school and work, they will have to pay any balances that insurance does not pay.
