I am on limited supervision probation for 24 monthes. I have been on probation for about 5 monthes now and been paying my fines and passing drug tests. I violated my probation by a misdemeanor of theft 3, what do you think my consequences will be? Will I go to jail?

I think you will. Getting busted for stealing when you're already on probation is frowned upon. I have no idea how long, though. That's up to the judge.

Most likely you will be arrest for violation of probation, and spend some time in jail, ( few days to a few weeks) and go to a hearing, where they will put you pack on probation.

Then of course your level of probation may increase also.

Then you will have to go to court for the actual theft charge and most likely be on another probation for that

Well I got fingerprinted and a photo taken and was waiting in a holding cell for 3 hrs. and my court date is in a week. Should I talk to my po officer?
