    Tough question. Unless you know of something that was bequeathed to you and would have been in trust or still in trust; perhaps your parents know.

    First, I've merged your two threads. Please don't start multiple threads over the same issue. Second, please don't use the Comments feature for follow-up, use the Answer options instead. Third, the more you put into your questions the better we can help you. We shouldn't have to drag info from you.

    So WHO told you had a trust fund? Shouldn't that person have given you some inf you could use to track it down? Are we talking your birth mother or your adopted mother?

    Generally, it is up to the trustee to keep track of the beneficiary of the trust they are charged with administering. And to contact the beneficiary when the trust comes due.

    Yes, a lot more info is needed, were you adopted, if so by family ?

    Why would there be a trust, was it listed in the adoption info
