I'm pretty sure I tore my septate hymen, it bleeding quite a bit and I'm not sure what to do about it. Will it heal by itself?

You have obviously been diagnosed with an extra tissue across your vaginal opening. I am just explaining this for others here, jmoore. It will heal by itself.
