I have a vaginal infection now. I had it once before. I experience itching, burning and irritation in the area. Some sores have appeared and my clitoris are swollen. I have pains when I urinate. Can you help me please. Maybe you could suggest a possible cause.

Sounds quite uncomfortable and I hope it hasn't gone for a long time like that. Also sounds like a bladder infection. See your doctor for antibiotics to clear it up.
Your urine has caused the irritation, sores, swollen clitoris, itching, etc. Normally urine is sterile until it hits the air, but since you bladder became infected it has upset the chemical balance.

To me it sounds more like a yeast/thrush infection. Is there an odor? Thick white discharge?

Either way, you are going to have to get this checked out by a doctor.
