    Pulley balancing
I would like to know how to calculate pulley diameter balancing in conveyor.if I not mistaken, rotation of pulley involve vibration.I want know how much rpm will effect vibration and how to calculate it.

Hopefully the pulley isn't that unbalanced that it vibrates. If it does, replace the pulley. The bigger the pulley, the more vibration you might expect as the rotational speed increases. If the system is vibrating, I'd look for a damaged pulley first.

Thank for your answer.I also like to know how much revolution will it take before vibration happen.any formula to calculate it.thanks.

Vibration is a result of rotational imbalance. It could be due to a bad bearing, a misshapen pulley. A damaged pulley or other factors. You cannot predict vibration without knowing the mass of the imbalance, rotational speed, harmonics etc. No formula exists to my knowledge. Sorry I can't help more.
