Some sounds are really loud and some are low. Is there a way to make it so that it's not dangerous.

I made a movie before and laid the sounds in the soundtrack. But when made into a DVD and watched on TV we had to switch all the time between raising volume to hear and lowering to not get hurt by loud sounds.
