Hi, I've recently split from my girlfriend & she has gone back to poland with our son where she would like to stay with our son. Im am British & my son has my name on birth cert & has my surname & a British passport, My girlfriend now wants our son to have a Polish passport also & although we get on OK and I will get to see my son when I want, How would it effect my access to my son if things were not so good and she tried to refused me access to him & what difference would a Polish passport make in this if I give consent.
