I'm 35 and I blood about 30 to 45 days at a time a doc told me that I needed surgery but would not help me after he found out I had know inc my iron level is around 8-10 and I am always tiered and I can not do anything! Is there anything I can do besides hurting 24/7..

What type of surgery did the doctor say you need?

Why hasn't this surgery been done?

It seems to me that you have the answer already, and the answer is surgery. I'd look into getting that done.
