Can anyone help me with me enquiry. I have 5 children and one of them is living with his grandmother in another city. Originally he used to live with me but decided to move back to our old town. I have since found someone to swap a council tenancy with and my enquiry is , will I need to sign custody over to my mother because he is not joining me with the move. I do not really want to do this but he has no intention of moving back with me at this moment in time
