    What would be the possible outcome if you receive a subpoena regarding the sum of money? What shall we do? What will happen if we settle it? Is there other possible thing will happen? Thanks

    A subpoena is a document requiring you to testify? If you are being sued, it would be a summons.

    What do you mean "regarding the sum of money"? Are they suing you, claiming you owe a sum of money? What for?
