My boyfriend, Joshua, [ that's not him in my picture] is cheating on me because one day he and I went out for dinner and then I had to go to the bathroom and then when I came back HE WAS KISSING THE WAITRESS and then I got so mad I left the restaurant. Did you ask him what he was doing and why? If so, what did he say?

Sounds to me like your boyfriend has to learn boundaries, and to keep his lips and hands to himself.

It's up to you whether you want to stay. I wouldn't. After all, he knew you were in the restaurant, that you could be back any moment, and he still kissed another girl. I wonder what he's doing when you're not there to catch him.

This guy sounds like a player. There are other guys out there, guys that won't kiss their ex-girlfriends and make up stupid excuses to explain why.

If he misses her so much, let her have him, she can deal with this jerk. ;)

Oh yah and did I mention... he doesn't even say ,I love you, to me he is very stupid. I'm calling him right now to break up with him.

I think you're doing the right thing. There are guys out there that will treat you well and with respect. There's no reason to put up with guys like this.
