My daughter dad put a order of protection on me against me to not be with my daughter the judge order that he have her for 9months I have went to treatment like the judge asked and I need to know what to do to get it off so my daughter can come home and be with me and her brother can someone please give advice I can't afford a lawyer and she really wants to come home she told me mommy can you hurry and do what you need to do so I can come home my daughter is four years old any body out there that can help

The judge who put the order on has to lift it after he feels that you have complied with all restrictions regarding the order. Not until then; you next court date will probably determine this.
