    1. Turn-off the Manual Main Gas Valve and Pilot Valve (These are located on the Automatic gas valve in the lower compartment of the unit)
    2. Turn Thermostat to lowest setting.
    3. Wait 5 minutes
    4. Turn-on Pilot Valve, depress red reset button, light pilot and hold the reset button for 30 seconds... this allows the thermocouple to heat up (pilot is located inside the access hole that is covered by the indented cover with a wing nut fastening it... this is where the burner and thermocouple are located.)
    5. If pilot goes out, repeat steps 3 and 4. Remember to hold the red reset button for 30 seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat or the pilot will go out.
    6. Turn on the manual gas valve. Close the access hole to the pilot. Replace other covers.
    7. Set thermostat to desired setting.

Also, make sure the fan is working. After the furnace heats up (2-4 minutes) you should hear a faint "click" indicating that the electric switch to the fan motor has turned on. Verify that the fan is turning and blowing air.

I have the manual if you want me to scan and email to you. Send request to [email protected]

    Good Luck!
