He was at work cops came to my house looken for him so he ran now he is with another women and cops say we married can't have him arrested for stelling they want to talk to him about some stuf there self but what do I do if I see it can I just take my car

If you know where your car is then go retrieve it so long as you are with another person (for your own safety) in case your husband decides to come after you as you are driving away in your car. There would be nothing he could do as you are just retrieving your car just as there was nothing you could do about him driving off in it.

Don't know where u live,but in NY u can report car stolen and the police will stop it. U don't tell them husband took it. This is unauthorized use of vehicle

If u know where ca is, go there with police and get it back.
