In 2005 I was a victim of a mail fraud, due to lost of contact with probabation officer of the defendant I was not compensated for my losses. Now 5 years later I have come incontact with the officer and wish to make the motion to receive my restituition.

Was restitution actually ordered or are you now trying to receive restitution?

What kind of monetary loss did you incur due to the other person's actions?

How did you "lose contact" with their probation officer for five years?

Contact the prosecuting attorney's office for their help in this matter. They will know what to do and who to contact.
