Me and my girl used to have sex almost everyday sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. She stopped taking b.c. because we want to have a baby. The periods didn't come back though so we went to an ob/gyn and she prescribed these pills to get her period to come back. Mean while no sex for a month. We tried to have sex again and now it just hurts so bad we cant. She almost cries just using a tampon. There are no stds or anything like that she isn't pregnant... we just don't know please help.

For horrid internal pains such as hers in such a sensitive area too, nonetheless, I would seriously seek the assistance of a medical professional. Perhaps the pills DID change her hormone levels, but it should not have any effect in her vagina per se.

She needs to go back to her doctor RIGHT NOW.

If she's on fertility drugs (like clomid) to regulate and kick start her period, the pain from sex could be more serious than just not being used to it after a month off.

Drugs that mess with hormones mess with a LOT of stuff. They can really help, but they can also throw things really out of whack. She NEEDS to see her doctor.

Return to the physician immediately. These can be serious symptoms of a much larger issue.
