"I had an issue with a company that was aggressive on the phone when I called to discuss an issue with my account. I then posted a negative review on yahoo local (which already had a site set up for reviews for this company). They company started saying I was racist and called the receptionist the n word. He has gone on to pose as other posters who are now saying how racist we are and to look us up on facebook and harrass us. After researching this company, they do not respond well to negative posts about them and there are a lot. However, he seems to be going after me more aggressively bc I contacted the BBB and they must have contacted him. As soon as that happened he has been attacking me. I took down my comments just so I don't have to deal with them anymore because they know where I live and I am feeling threatened. Now they are writing that we are cowards and again racist. Is there anything legally I can do?"

They know where you live, but you also know where they are (and if you don't it's available from the state).
I'm not sure I would withdraw. If you never said certain things you need to at least say so, and hope that others will report similar stories. Don't let people win by intimidation.

I agree with you I am backing down because of intimidation.This gus is aggressive. There are other posts like this. I have 2 babies and think is it worth it?I'm pissed I'm being bullied into silence.

I would not be bullied and post all the things they are doing to show how bad they are. I may even go and picket outside of their business ( done that several times)
