It is certainly possible for an 18 yr old to take care of himself and even a younger sister. Whether YOUR son can we can't tell because we know nothing about him.

I don't understand what you mean by "get his sister to my other sister". That sounds like he wants to bring his sister to his aunt so it doesn't make sense with the rest of your question. And who is the "they" that didn't let him get the sister.
