My girlfriend has a memory of a film from her childhood - it's a fantasy film with monsters and stuff in it and the end of the film is the 14/15 year old dark haired girl is staring at a snowglobe in which the whole fantasy story had taken place.
It's not labarynth, dark crystal etc but I'm really strugglng to find it
