I've been with my boyfriend for a year and a half now, we lived together for abit, however considering my trust issues from him hurting me before, every time he went out with his mates, id be worried or moan and want quality time. Eventually he snapped and walked out saying he needed time to think, its nearly been a week and I've realised I was pressurising and should get my own life, and I told him this, obviously in a lot more detail... we last spoke on Thursday where he said he needs time to miss me and see how things go, its Sunday and I'm struggling. Also the other issue is he added a random girl on Facebook last night at 1am who has no mutual friends with anyone of his mates on Facebook, I then get a text from his friend saying ring me asap at 3.30am... however was asleep... guys I'm thinking the worst that he had an intimate moment with her, I've tried to ring my friend back but he won't answer... I'm in need of major advice, its been 4 days and still nothing... what do I do?? I love him so so much, its silly!!

I know how your feeling girl, if you really love him, let him be. NO CONTACT.
Do not text him, message him, email him... etc. Try to leave him alone.
I know once you go through a breakup you over analyze things you shouldn't be thinking.
But I know how it hurts. You can't force them to bee with you :(

Give him what he wants, and try not to get carried away by your own fears. The most important thing you wrote was that you needed your own life.
