    What is the easiest way to call spouse over from pakistan?
    I do not work have young kids my baby is 8months I want to call my partner from pakistan if I was to work part time would I be able to do this.please help as I am on my own and do not have any contact with famliy. Thank you

    File the K-3 visa for the spouse of a USC. If you cannot meet the I-864P income requirement for the affidavit of support, then find a joint sponsor. Good luck.
