I would like to prepare Iodophor which is disinfect. The iodine concentration may vary from 0.8% to 1.6%. Could you please guide me how to prepare the iodophor solution.

Iodophor have bactericidal activity against gram-positive, gram-negative, and certain spore-forming bacteria (eg, clostridia, Bacillus spp.) and are active against mycobacteria, viruses, and fungi.
