I saw this movie a while ago and I can't remember much. I also can't remember the title. The movie had a little girl in it with the ability to heal. She did not talk. A man protected her. There was another boy with mind control powers. Some type of agency (can't remember if it was government or not) was trying to kill the man and the girl. There was also a sene where the little girl healed a women who had a cut on her hand. The children with powers had shirts that had numbers on it. The little girl teleports the man and a car on train tracks toward the end of the movie. I already know the movie is not any of the witch mountain movies.
